Roastery Sessions invites musicians into Aristocrat Coffee Roasters to play a short live set surrounded by the machines that make our coffee. Everything you hear happened in the room, once.
Four cameras cover the room at once — a wide of the roasting floor, two performer angles, and a close on the hands. Cut together so nothing gets missed.
Every source gets its own microphone, with ribbon and condenser pairs capturing the room itself. Mixed and mastered after the set, never sweetened.
The roastery is the stage. Green sacks, steel drums, and the smell of the morning batch — the acoustics of a working shop, not a studio.
